I’ve lost my tickets, what can I do?

Call Dundee City Box Office, providing as much information as possible e.g. date of purchase, the method e.g phoned/in person etc Tel 01382 434940.

Can I cancel/exchange my tickets?

We regret tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless in the event of a cancelled performance.

Do I need to collect my tickets?

Yes, you will need to present the credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets. This is to protect both you and ourselves from potential credit card fraud.

What does ‘Doors open 7.00pm’ mean on my ticket?

The promoter of the concert has decided that customers will be permitted access to the venue no earlier than 7.00 pm. It does not mean the performance will start at 7.00pm.

What time do doors open for a concert?

In some cases a doors open time is printed on the ticket and this will be the actual time the doors will open for access. For all concerts where a performance time is stated on the tickets then doors will be open approximately 45 minutes prior to this.

What happens if I’m late?

If you arrive late for a performance you will be admitted at an appropriate break which may in some cases be the interval.

What time will the concert end?

Dundee City Box Office may have an approx time but for a more accurate answer please contact the venue direct the week of the performance.
